Colour Creation Studio
The Pillbox Colour Creation Studio gives you freedom to create a colour as unique as you are. We're pretty chill about profanity, however any use of the following when naming your colour will result in your order being cancelled:
- Derogatory language
- Slurs of any kind (racial, homophobic, transphobic, ableist etc.)
- Offensive phrases
We reserve the right to determine if any names fall into the above categories, and cancel orders if necessary. Please also refrain from using emojis; we will contact you to pick an alternative name if this occurs.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return via email. Any queries past 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the pink seal sticker on the nail polish box undisturbed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you did not request a swatch stick tester with your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. We recommend adding a swatch tester stick for colours that you have not used before.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the shipping details for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning or exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include photographic evidence of damaged or incorrect items in your email. Any queries past 14 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (e.g Colour Creation Studio polishes, special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Pillbox Cosmetics is not responsible for incorrect delivery details. If you input the wrong delivery name or address during checkout, please contact us within 30 mins of putting your order through. We will try our best to amend any errors.
If we are unable to change the delivery details you provided us with during checkout, you will have to re-order your item(s). Once the original package is returned to us by the courier, we will issue you with a refund for the original order (not including the shipping cost).
Although we endeavour to keep our batches identical, we mix all our formulations by hand so there is a possibility of variation between different batches. We also try to photograph our colours as accurately as possible, but please note that colours may look slightly different on screen than in person.
Your private information stays that way; private. We only collect the necessary information you provide us to give you smooth, excellent service. The type of data we collect from you includes:
- Contact information like your name, email, mailing address and phone number
- Billing information like your payment details and billing address
- Any other information you choose to provide
We use third-party banking to verify payment and pass on your shipping details to the delivery company.
