Pillbox Cosmetics Gift Card Terms and Conditions

The Pillbox Cosmetics Gift Card (“Gift Card”) is provided as a unique code redeemable exclusively at Pillbox Cosmetics’ website. Valid for online purchases within the UK only. The Gift Card expires two (2) years from the purchase date and carries no service fees. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent, except as required by law, and may not be used to pay an account balance or to purchase additional Gift Cards. Promotional offers, discounts, and store credits cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards, and purchases of Gift Cards do not qualify toward promotional thresholds.

Treat your Gift Card like cash; Pillbox Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards, except in the following circumstances: if your Gift Card is lost or stolen, please immediately contact our customer support team at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com. Unredeemed value on a lost or stolen Gift Card will only be replaced if the purchaser’s confirmation email is presented as proof of purchase, and we confirm the Gift Card has not already been redeemed in full. Gift Cards cannot be returned or canceled if purchased through a third party or retail partner. If purchased on the Pillbox Cosmetics website, Gift Cards may be canceled prior to the delivery date selected during the order process (or, if you are in the UK, within 14 days after you receive it). Refunds for canceled Gift Cards will be adjusted to reflect any amount that may have already been redeemed.

Gift Cards are void if copied, resold, or otherwise obtained or used in violation of these terms. Pillbox Cosmetics reserves the right to require proof of purchase or ownership where there is reason to suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms. Additionally, use of Gift Cards for unauthorized advertising, marketing, or other promotional purposes associated with the Pillbox Cosmetics brand is strictly prohibited.

Gift Cards are e-gift cards delivered via email to the recipient. Delivery can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance. For Same-Day Delivery, the Gift Card will be emailed to the recipient approximately two (2) hours from the time of purchase. For Future Delivery, the Gift Card will be emailed between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM (GMT) on the selected delivery date.

Please ensure that the recipient’s email spam filter does not block emails from hello@pillboxcosmetics.com. Purchase and use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of all applicable terms and conditions, including those on pillboxcosmetics.com.
