Orders

We do our best to send orders out within 2 business days, which means we might not catch yours in time to modify or cancel it. If you'd like to modify or cancel an order, please email hello@pillboxcosmetics.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Colours are re-stocked every last Monday of the month. They may sell out quickly, to avoid disappointment you can subscribe to our emails and we will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.

Simply enter your discount code in the Discount Code field at checkout. If the code isn’t working, it may be invalid, expired, or already used. If you’re unsure why it isn’t working, please email us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com, and we’ll be happy to assist!

You can only use one discount or promo code per order. However, you can still enjoy free shipping if your order qualifies, even when using a promo code!

Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to ship ready-to-wear orders out within 1-2 business days (Mon - Fri, excluding UK Bank Holidays). 
  • Colour Creation Studio orders are sent out 2-3 business days after the order is placed.  

United Kingdom - Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £30

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days via Royal Mail (£4.99)
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days via Royal Mail (£5.99)

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left our studio. 

Due to shipping restrictions, Pillbox nail lacquers can only delivered within mainland United Kingdom.

Please note, due to restrictions on our site, we are currently unable to ship to UK islands, including Guernsey and Jersey, but hope to be able to do so in the future!

Yes! We deliver to PO boxes in mainland UK.

No worries – we've got you covered! Sometimes it takes 1–2 business days for the carrier to update your shipment status. We recommend waiting 48 hours for the tracking details to refresh. If your tracking number still isn’t working after that, please reach out to us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com. We’re here to help!

If your order is returned to our studio due to unpaid duties / taxes or an incorrect address, you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Returns

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return sealed, unused items for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

For returns, please reach out to us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll handle the rest. Just make sure to request your return within 28 calendar days of receiving your order.

You can request a return within 28 days of receiving your order. Please have your original order number ready. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding delivery costs unless otherwise required by law. You can also choose to receive your refund as store credit. For orders with promotional discounts, refunds will reflect the amount paid after discounts. Please note that all gift card purchases and Colour Creation Studio products are final sale and cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with the pink safety seal on the nail polish box intact, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items with broken seals (opened boxes). For colours you haven't used before, we recommend adding a swatch stick tester to your order so you can try the colour before opening the sealed box.

If your gifted Pillbox item isn’t quite right, you can return sealed, unused items for store credit. Just email us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com with the gifter’s first and last name, their email address, and details of the sealed items you’d like to return (don’t worry, the gifter won’t be notified). Once we locate the original order, we’ll handle the rest!

International

Some products may have shipping restrictions based on your location. Due to international regulations, we’re unable to ship nail polish products internationally. For any questions about shipping restrictions, please contact us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com.

Billing

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, and UnionPay credit cards or debit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, money orders, or American Express gift cards. 

To use your gift card, enter the unique code from your gift card email in the discount code box at checkout. If your gift card doesn’t cover the full order total, you’ll need to add an additional payment method for the remaining balance. Any unused balance will stay on your gift card for your next purchase, so be sure to keep your code handy!

First, check that your card’s billing details (like the security code and postal code) match what you entered and that your card is not expired. Your card issuer may also have declined the payment, though they don’t share the specific reason with us, so it’s best to reach out to them directly. If issues persist, please contact us at hello@pillboxcosmetics.com, and we’ll be glad to assist!

Orders may be canceled due to product availability or if they don’t meet our Terms of Service. If we believe an order isn’t for personal use, we reserve the right to cancel it and refund your original payment method.
